We will inspect your property and keep you informed after each visit, focusing on the following points:

  • Checking for leaks

  • Identifying moisture issues caused by lack of ventilation

  • Inspecting windows and doors

  • Checking all lighting — if bulbs are broken, we replace them at cost price

  • Assessing the condition of your furniture

  • Checking for signs of vermin

  • Flushing toilets and running taps to minimize odor build-up

  • Scanning and emailing your mail to you, if desired

  • Providing access to third parties (for maintenance, repairs, etc.)

During every visit, we also air out each room in your home to help prevent moisture problems.
