General Terms and Conditions

 

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Trust Key Services, including keyholding, property inspections, and cleaning services.

 

2. Services

Trust Key Services provides its services as agreed with the client. Service details, including frequency and scope, will be confirmed in writing (by email, WhatsApp, or contract).

 

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for: Providing accurate information regarding the property. Ensuring safe and legal access to the property. Informing Trust Key Services in advance of any specific requirements, hazards, or security systems.

 

4. Key Management

Trust Key Services will handle all keys with the highest level of care and security. Keys are stored securely and are only used for the agreed purposes. Loss, theft, or damage of keys will be reported immediately to the client. Liability is limited to the cost of key replacement unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Cleaning Services

Cleaning services are performed to high-quality standards. Trust Key Services is not liable for pre-existing damage to furniture, appliances, or property fixtures.

 

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are communicated before commencement. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, Trust Key Services reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees or suspend services until payment is received.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before) wil be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

8. Liability

Trust Key Services is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or events outside our control (such as natural disasters, break-ins, or vandalism). Our liability for any direct damage caused during the execution of services is limited to the amount invoiced for the service in question.

 

9. Personal Data

We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

 

10. Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the region where Trust Key Services is based.Optional
